I have re-evaluated my 2013 resolution.  As I stated in a former post, I moved to Austin 121 pounds, due to a lack of food in my belly, on the reg.   123 is not a healthy, realistic weight for me, unless I want to go back to eating an apple, a granola bar, and cheese and crackers everyday again.  But sub-130 is realistic.  As of right now, I am about 132 on a good day, 134 on a bad one.  If I am running 5 days a week and modifying my diet to be a little more healthy, then I think I should have no trouble reaching this goal.
