While my diet has strongly improved over the past year, I would like to be eating more vegetables and fruits daily. I got a juicer for Christmas, which is going to be helpful. I also wanted to be eliminating carbs out of my diet during the week. I know that I would lose a ton of weight that way, but I think it’s supposed to make you feel more light, clearheaded, and overall just a lot better. Obviously, this resolution ties in with my resolution to lose weight, so if I can nail this one, that resolution will be achievable.
